New this year, we are excited to unveil this three-day virtual event combining two of our nationally recognized Institutes: the Corporate Counsel Institute and the Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute.

This event will feature topics in corporate and securities law including M&A, corporate governance, and SEC updates as well as updates in employment law, sessions on collaboration, communication strategies, and pro-bono initiatives. This programming is relevant for both in-house and firm professionals.

Thank you to all who attended the 47th Annual Securities Regulation Institute! We were pleased to have many new speakers join our veteran panelists at this year’s event. Highlights included conversations with SEC Chairman Jay Clayton and former Delaware Chief Justice Leo Strine, as well as lively discussions on crisis management, M&A, and ethics. We especially thank our affiliates and sponsors for their continued support of this great event. 2019 highlights included a look at the state of the markets by Morgan Stanley’s Tom Miles, a return of the informative and entertaining Delaware mock trial with Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock, and timely panels on diversity, activism, M&A, and enforcement.
