Percy L. Julian High School is the home of the mighty Jaguars! The land of orange and brown where the head, heart, and hand are aligned for success!!
In 1975, Percy L. Julian High School emerged as a result of the community’s desire to relieve the overcrowding of area high schools. Julian’s founding principal, Dr. Edward H. Oliver, changed the schools’d name to honor the renowned scientist, Percy Lavon Julian. In keeping with Dr. Julian’s tradition of academic excellence, Julian students continue to be nurtured and encouraged to do their best.
