I wish I had a video of CšŸ¦‹šŸ¦‹šŸ¦‹telling me she doesnā€™t like lasagna then just inhaling half and telling my she only likes this one šŸ˜‰

I love getting emails like this!! This is my goal! When kids are responsible for the amazing thing they made they are so much more willing to try and are more likely to like it. It brings me so much joy!

Last week in our classes we made some snacks, cheddar pepper crackers, pita and tzatziki. I donā€™t typically eat what we make each as that would be a lot! But this week I loved this for my lunch.

When I was little Fondue was a celebration food in our house. Birthdays, good grades, winning a sporting eventā€¦.always fondue. So we are celebrating with our recipes this summer and this week itā€™s cheese fondue (Jarlsberg or Cheddar) with kid made French bread, roasted potatoes and broccoli and sliced apples.

A couple things from camp this week. Lovely chocolate panna cotta made with agar agar. And roasted tomato goat cheese hand pies. My daughter even said to me after eating the hand pie ā€œmom, that was really goodā€ and sheā€™s used to Oui Chef eating and I no longer get so many compliments.
