So, There is NO good filter for a post HIIT early morning workout selfie.. trust me, Iโve tried them all ๐ But I really wanted to make a post that highlighted a few quick benefits you can get from doing a 30 minute HIIT workout twice a week: 1) even though itโs a 30 minute workout, you will continue to burn calories for hours after the workout ends ๐ 2) getting your heart rate into the anaerobic zone helps to keep your heart strong and healthy 3) HIIT workouts stimulates your HGH which can slow down the age of process and increase fat loss within your body. I mean, who doesnโt want that?!? ๐๐๐ There are definitely more benefits to doing HIIT training regularly, but these are some of my favorite reasons for staying motivated (even though some days it may feel like 30 min of body torture - I promise you, once the 30 minutes is over, you will be obsessed with the high of completing the workout!). So long story short: get up, push yourself to finish and your body will thank you for it! .

Did you know that a short 5 minutes of stretching a day can not only benefit muscles, but helps you mentally as well? Spending some quiet time in a stretch session can help calm your mind, work as a stress reliever, help with posture and fight off tension headaches (just a few of the benefits!) ๐ ๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ

Post leg day (๐คฎ) plank time! Leaving this workout with 2 deep thoughts ๐ง 1) I hate leg day, but I still try to get a 30 min session in at least once or twice a week. Sometimes I feel like Iโm the one that DOESNโT want a bigger butt? ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐ 2) I cannot wait for our basement to be done being built out. Iโm in serious need of my own workout space. The Barbie dolls set up next to me and my kid agree! 2 week to go!

While kid 2 is spending 75% of his day in โquiet timeโ (aka time out ๐คฆโโ๏ธ)๐๐ฉ Kid 1 is successfully making some cute Pumpkin crafts ๐ Just over 2 weeks away from Halloween, and canโt wait to get these bad boys done and up in the windows! ๐
