We specialize in incubating various motivated and talented students to pursue a career in coding, computer science, or computer engineering, by teaching them the most widely-used coding languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, and many others. This program is available to students 13 years of age and older. Unlike any other academic & career consulting firms, we have a unique approach to ensuring the quality of our services:

1. We focus only on “Top 10” universities. According to a recent Wall Street Journal article, about 20% of “Top 10” university graduates end up being in the top 1% of Americans who are successful enough to lead the communities and markets in our country. These people are able to achieve their fullest potential after graduation, earning double or even triple the average income of graduates of non-“Top 10” universities, while thriving in a fulfilling career of their choice. So, it is still very worthwhile to work toward those elite and prestigious careers and lifestyles, which only a few get to enjoy, by targeting and preparing for a “Top 10” university admission early on.

2. All of our tutors & consultants have graduated from “Top 10” universities only. Unlike any of our competitors, we focus on recruiting only the best and most qualified tutors & consultants, who have demonstrated their own academic and career successes first. Hence, all of our tutors and consultants are either currently attending or have successfully graduated from a “Top 10” university. The “Top 10” universities list is compiled of those ranked as such according to U.S. News each year. They include Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Princeton, UChicago, Upenn, Columbia, Northwestern, Johns Hopkins, and many more. As graduates from one of these universities, we understand what it takes to prepare for admission to a “Top 10” university well in advance.

3. All of our tutors & consultants have scored 99th percentile or above on their exams gauging their ability to teach others. In contrast to other firms in the industry, we are extremely selective in our interview and hiring processes. We only hire the most proven tutors. In addition to their years of tutoring experience, our SAT tutors received a score of at least 1550 (out of 1600), and our ACT tutors scored at least 35 (out of 36). For various graduate program entrance exams, many of our MCAT, GMAT, LSAT and GRE tutors have already taken and scored in the 99th percentile on their own exams before being hired to work at Thrive & Lead.

4. Our methods of teaching, among others, include the following:

• We provide eight tutoring programs for both “Top 10” undergraduate & graduate program entrances, and “Top 10” private and boarding high schools preparation for middle schoolers;

• We provide career consulting services for middle school, high school, and college students – and even young professionals – so they are confident in their career decisions;

• We provide in-college academic consulting to ensure an outstanding academic standing during college years so that students will remain competitive for internships and future career opportunities after graduation.

• To best utilize your valuable time, our tutoring sessions only allow up to three students per group. This ensures that tutors are able to give adequate attention and effort to each student’s goals.
