Alright sis… real talk.
Q1 is gone.
And it may not have gone how you planned.
For me?
I was sick for a good portion of it… caring for others… and some things I really wanted to move forward didn’t.
I had a moment where I could’ve been frustrated…
but instead, I asked:
“What does it look like to still finish my race well?”
That’s what this month’s PurposeFULL Times is about.
Not starting perfect.
Not having it all together.
But choosing to move forward with intention in Q2.
If you need a reset, a breath, or a moment to reflect…
this is for you.
💛 🎁 This is my gift to you. https://tinyurl.com/PTimesMarch26v3

PurposeFULL Seed family,
I just released the January issue of PurposeFULL Times, and I'm pretty excited about it!
This one is about bravery — the kind it takes to admit when work is costing you more than you’re willing to give… even when everything looks “fine” on paper.
I talk honestly about:
Work pain (not burnout — something deeper)
Carrying stress quietly because you’re capable, dependable, and strong
That moment when exhaustion becomes information instead of something to push through
If that’s you, I’d love for you to read it — and sit with it.
No pressure. No fixing. Just reflection.
📄 PDF is available now
🎧 Audio version drops Monday (for those who like to listen while walking, commuting, or resting)

And if the idea of turning pain into clarity and power resonates… there is something I’m nurturing right now for women ready to do that work together. See "What's Sprouting Up" in the newsletter for more. 💫
Happy Friday!
With love,
Erica

It’s a few days before Christmas, and instead of wrapping paper… I wrapped up something a little different. 🎄✨
I just released the very first issue of PurposeFULL Times—and this is my gift to you.
It’s a short, thoughtful reflection on leadership, purpose, and becoming who you’re meant to be with intention. Nothing heavy. Just something grounding to read (or listen to) as the year comes to a close.
Inside you’ll find:
🌱 A personal reflection
🌱 A leadership insight
🌱 A beautiful collaboration
🌱 Gentle questions to help you pause before the new year
And yes—I also recorded an audio version, because sometimes the best gift is not having to read at all. 🎧😉
💬 Comment “GIFT” below, and I’ll send you:
• The newsletter (PDF)
• The audio link
As we head into the holidays, my hope is that this offers a moment of calm, clarity, and care—just for you.
This is where pain becomes clarity—and clarity becomes power. 🎁🌱
Love to you all! Happy Holidays!

Let’s talk about something most of us never say out loud:
You can be high-achieving and burned out at the exact same time.
You can be:
✅The one who always figures it out
✅The one everyone depends on
✅The one who “makes it look easy”
…and still be running on fumes.
Burnout doesn’t always look like falling apart.
Sometimes it looks like:
✅showing up anyway
✅holding it together in public
✅collapsing in private
Sis, nothing is wrong with you.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not ungrateful.
Your body is telling the truth that your mouth hasn’t had space to say yet.
And you don’t have to go through this alone.
If this has been you, just drop a 💛 in the comments.
No explanation.
No story.
Just “me too.”
We’re building something here.
And it starts with telling the truth.

You can be high-achieving and burned out at the same time.
Those two things are often twins.
If that hit… you’re safe here. 💛

Sis…
You can be high-achieving and burned out at the same time.
You can lead at work, hold down home, show up for everybody…
and still feel tired, overwhelmed, and unseen.
Not because you’re ungrateful.
Not because you’re weak.
But because you’ve been strong for too long.
If you felt that… you’re in the right place.
Welcome to The Brilliance Sisterhood.
Come exhale with us. 💛

Allow me to reintroduce myself. My name is Erica, the Purpose Gardener. I coach high-achieving women of color, making six figures, who are burned out, unfulfilled, and tired of performing. I help them trade exhaustion for joy, clarity, and abundance — and finally live and lead on their own terms.
If this is you, or if you know anyone who fits the description, please DM me, share, or tag someone on this post! Thanks in advance!
