Locking in doesn’t feel spiritual. It feels like doing the boring part, on time, with nobody clapping.
Yesterday’s devo sat on small beginnings. Zechariah 4:10 says it plain in the NLT: “Do not despise these small beginnings, for the LORD rejoices to see the work begin.”
Rejoices to see it begin. Not finish. Begin.
That’s where I pull strength from when the pressure is on. Not from applause, not from how far along the thing looks. God is already glad I started.
So when the assignment in front of me is heavy and hidden, I don’t need a bigger stage to dig deeper. I need to be found faithful with what’s already in my hands. “If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones.” Luke 16:10, NLT.
You’re not behind. You’re being built.
Do the small thing today. Do it with excellence. Trust the timing of a God who has never once been late.

AI is a tool. Let’s use it with purpose.❤️
Every time we use AI, it takes resources to make it work. We may not know exactly how much energy or water every prompt uses, but we do know it uses both.
So maybe everything doesn’t need to be a prompt.
Sometimes you need AI.
Sometimes you just need Google. 😂
The goal isn’t to fear AI. It’s to learn how to use it wisely.
Use the right tool for the right job.

How often do you think about your haters versus your needers? A hater pops into your mind easy. You walk into the same church, the same store, the same room where it happened, and there they are. Free rent. No invitation. But there are people who need you. They need your story. They need your experience. And they need to hear it in your voice, from your perspective, out of your mouth.

The enemy will tell you that you didn’t overcome. That you didn’t make it out. That you’re not successful, even though you are. That you didn’t do enough, even though you have. That’s the impostor voice, and it always sounds like your own.
Some people are here to build you. Ironically, a lot of them do it by hating. If you never had a hater, you might never move for your needers.
Be bold for the needers, not the haters.
You are one of one.
