💎 Here are a few things to remember for my novice boutique/business owners:
Take the time to cultivate and develop your brand story!

💎Allow yourself time to develop and grow as a business. Flowers take time to grow & blossom!

💎Don’t measure your success by what you see as the mark or success within others. Social media doesn’t show the good bad days.

💎Be ok with taking risks, however try to be as calculated as possible.

💎Be ok with feedback, learn to LISTEN, to you customers, to others who are providing advice and implement the feedback received.

💎Ask! For help —- you can’t do it all you need a team! Even if that team is you, your husband and your teenage daughter/son.

💎Start small then go big! Master a specific area first then expand you business.

Many times as a new boutique owner we usually don’t realize we should be building our business with our customer already in mind.
Where are they going?
What will they wear?
What are their likes?
What are their dislikes?
What social media platforms are they using?

I have gotten this question over & over.. “ I need help finding my Target audience.” Usually when this questions is asked you’ve ready spent hundreds of dollars 💵 💰 on inventory already when in actuality you should be developing your business model of who you are targeting BEFORE you purchase inventory.

You don’t “find” your target audience, you “CREATE”, it!

3️⃣Ways To Help You Create Your Audience: 📝Be YOU! People are more likely to purchase from your brand based of the influence you have provided to them. Engage! .

📝Think about WHO your top customer are, create a customer avatar to describe your potential customer psychographics/ demographics. .

📝Analyze your products. Are the products you’re trying to sell, aligned with your customer avatar? .

📝Ask Don’t be afraid to ASK your audience their opinion on a decision while you’re in the startup phase. .
📝Remember & check your competitors to see how they are also engaging their audience.

This will help you ATTRACT, your potential customers ie, target audience.
