Big shoutout to one of our 2nd-grade teacher’s Mrs. Sierra and her amazing students! 🌟
They recently hosted Alderman Peter Chico for a school forum, presenting powerful, well-thought-out reasons for why our school needs composting.
Thanks to their hard work, they succeeded! Starting next year, our school will feature:
🌱 Compost bins to help the environment
🍏 The Shared Table program to reduce food waste
Incredibly proud to lead these future changemakers! 🌍💚
