The Queen of All Saints community paused last week to honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001.

Our Scouts led the school in a solemn flag-raising ceremony, reminding us all of the strength and unity that carried our nation through that dark day.

Our 7th and 8th graders created a powerful walking memorial to those who perished — a moving tribute that helped our students connect with a piece of history that shaped our country forever.

We are so proud of our students for approaching this solemn anniversary with the respect, reflection, and reverence it deserves.

Mrs. Kubistal’s 5th graders are learning about primary sources (photos, first-hand accounts, letters and artifacts) and secondary sources (books and articles written about the event after the fact) in studying history. To demonstrate that history isn’t just in textbooks, students shared artifacts, photos and stories from their own family history.

All students, all ages, from all schools are invited to bring their (empty) backpacks for a special school year blessing!

✅Children’s Liturgy of the Word during 9 am Mass
For all kids ages pre-k through 2nd grade!

✅Coffee after all Sunday Masses
All are welcome after the 7 am, 9 am, 11 am & 12:30 pm Masses for a coffee and a treat outside under the Porte Cochere
