Calling all prayers 🗣️ North Park Theological Seminary's School of Restorative Arts (SRA) is temporarily moving its master's degree program for incarcerated students to Illinois River Correctional Center while Stateville Correctional Center undergoes reconstruction. SRA provides degrees in Christian Ministry with a focus on trauma, nonviolence, and restorative justice, with the third cohort set to graduate in spring. We're asking the NPU community to pray for our students during this time of transition 🙏🏽

North Park University to Launch ESL Program to Assist Local Refugees - North Park University This fall, North Park University (NPU) will begin its ESL Teaching Cares program to provide childcare and English classes to refugees who have recently arrived in the Albany Park area.

With the support of a $1.125M grant from the Lilly Endowment, Inc., North Park’s Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) will partner with Firehouse Community Arts Center to empower youth in Chicago’s Black churches. Read more about the project here:
