Thinking about this most international woman, this - I had the privilege of learning about and from the matriarch herself. Judy traveled the world as a disability advocate, lifting up others and helping them to find their own voices and fight for their rights. She inspired me and many others to pursue legal careers and is directly and indirectly responsible for the ability of many students with disabilities to pursue education. It is one of the greatest honors of my life to share what I learned from Judy during our time together with our synagogue’s Inclusion committee with other law students and future lawyers by doing my small part to share information about reasonable accommodations, Section 508, etc. Baruch Dayan Ha’Emet.
