So I finally tried a Beet Smoothie.

It’s actually not bad at all. Adding this to my regular diet may be easier than I imagined.

1 medium carrot
2 medium beet
1 medium apple ( may substitute with pear)
Handful of parsley
1.5 inch ginger
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp h**p oil
3/4 cup water

"When I came into the soul retreat, I was holding onto my own identity, my own self, and being strong for everybody else. So you would never see a vulnerable part of me. I told my 17-year-old daughter about the different situations that we had and that we opened up and there was joy, there were tears. And she said to my Mom I always wanted to be strong like you. So to me, it was saying that that’s what she sees and that she didn’t think it was okay to cry or be vulnerable or to ask for support. Going to the retreat, that’s what I was able to do. I was able to talk amongst my sisters and acknowledge that it’s okay not to always be strong but to have somebody to lean on and to share that with other people. After the retreat, I said yes to myself and started my own agency again." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Today I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself. Okay, so some of you already know who I am, but today I want to share three things you might not know about me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1) I love being a Soul Whisperer, but the best part of it is celebrating with my clients as they awaken and reclaim hidden parts of their soul essence⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) My most embarrassing moment ever was my 13th birthday. I had butterflies in my stomach because I was roller skating with my crush to “The Closer I Get to You” by Donnie Hathaway and Roberta Flack. Then… I FELL. Yikes! I think of that moment every time I hear that song. LOL!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3) One of my favorite things in the world is watching clouds move⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
