🇺🇸Session 35 week 8 Athlete of the week is Allie!

➡️ Allie consistently shows up ready to work with a great attitude, and this week was no exception. We hit the class hard with cardio at the start and she never let up❗️Multiple box jumps and a nice long run outside never slowed her down. She then impressed us with her sharp 1-2 combos, showcasing her dedication to determination to learn. For someone who is new to sport, her technique and power are impressive. Allie, you have a bright future in this program and we are excited to see you grow. Keep up the great work👏🔥

Tommy continues to lead by example every time he steps into the gym. His determination, focus, and willingness to work hard set a great standard for his teammates.

➡️ His conditioning continues to improve, and the coaches have noticed the progress he’s making through consistent effort and dedication. Tommy shows up ready to work, stays locked in throughout class, and continues to get better every session.

That’s the standard. That’s Lifetough.

🇺🇸 Session 35 Week 7 | 10 am Athlete of the Week is Sam. Sam really brought it this week. During a grueling set of calisthenics, Sam was pushing himself to new limits. Even when his body wanted to quit, he stayed in the fight and practiced fierce mental toughness❗️The coaches could tell he didn’t want to back down. Then, during partner drills, Sam focused on perfecting his form and footwork. He applied feedback immediately, and it was clear he wanted to train seriously. ➡️ Sam is a very coachable kid who is growing stronger each week. Keep up the excellent work! The coaches recognize your progress and are proud of you! 👏

🇺🇸 Session 35 Week 7 | 11 am Athlete of the Week is Ben. Ben was ready to work the second he walked into class this week. Even more, he had a big smile on his face and was eager to get a good sweat in. ➡️This week, the coaches really amped up conditioning in the beginning, but Ben didn’t back down. Through the wincing and shaking, he held out. Every drill, Ben was putting in max effort❗️Lap after lap, and combo after combo, he never tired out. Ben did an excellent job of demonstrating what it means to show up and go all in. This is exactly the work our program stands for. Keep it up, Ben! We’re proud of you! 👏
