Spontaneous collaboration is a special thing. I feel euphoric when I look at this portrait. It is a result of the synergy between three curious cuties happy to play in the darkness.

Two of those cuties (not me) have mad photography skills. We all took turns directing. It was so sweet. Thanks to Stuart & Elle for the lesson in long exposure and light painting. Thank you for being my friend.

meditation is one of many tools for disruption & resistance to the status quo of dominant culture. meditation is a tool for imagination & visioning a more just & peaceful world into being!

Intro workshop is suggested donation $15-30 with no one turned away for lack of funds. Meditation Club is a free (or by-donation) drop-in class for you to come as you are and as you are able. Retreat partner offers financial aid if tuition is the barrier.

putting money in the pockets of creative freelancers working in service to collective liberation (like me) instead of corporations or impersonal meditation apps is also a power move. let’s learn & practice together!

There are only a few spots left for my upcoming Lgbtq+ Meditation Retreat on June 5-7 in Bardstown, KY.

check-in 1-4pm on Friday June 5 & check-out 11am on Sunday June 7!

This retreat includes:
🏳️‍🌈4 meditation training sessions
🏳️‍⚧️ 1:1 support during office hours
🏳️‍🌈 optional activities (poetry hour, rosary & mantra circle, tour of motherhouse by archivist)
💙 observation of silence in evenings & mornings
🌳 nature walks
🥰 shared meals in community

Welcome to new friends & followers. My name is Leah. I like wearing hats and containing multitudes.

My hats & I are passionate about uplifting and advancing LGBTQ+ artists and narratives toward our collective liberation. We do this through creative expression, trauma-informed mediation training and facilitation.

We also do this by having fun. And being a connector. And learning. And listening. And loving. And laughing.
