BUFI TRIO Upward Bound Upward Bound is a college preparatory program for first-generation and/or income-eligible high school students.

It is designed to prepare youths for education beyond high school by providing appropriate academic, cultural, and social programs.

It is important and imperative that you know and remember how you got here and why you have the support that you have available to you. Mr. English was a wonderful man, a great leader and an amazing friend. He is missed and remembered. ❤🖤💚✊🏾
