We invite you to our new virtual course: "The Four Faces of Christ: Discovering Jesus in the Four Gospels", which will be taught by Rene S. Schreiner, PhD from April 18th to April 2nd, 2022.
What did each of the gospel writers see when they saw Jesus?
What did they hear (and decide to ‘write down’) when Jesus spoke?
How did each of the gospel writers come to understand that Jesus was the Christ (the one anointed by God)?
Listening carefully to each of these four important witnesses can help us to understand what we might be looking for when Christ does ‘come again.’
René Schreiner has taught many adult formation programs at St. Simon’s, drawing on her training in New Testament Theology and Ethics from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary.
She teaches Garrett’s Course of Study for Licensed Local Pastors and serves as a Kairos Affiliate Professor at Sioux Falls Seminary.
