It’s Friday, so work is probably the last thing on your mind as the weekend is about to kick off. I’ll leave you with a message that’s been on my heart for a few weeks now. Last week I told you all that you are more than a program. You have the knowledge, the drive and experience to make a difference. I believe that. Here’s something else. Small changes can make a big impact. Sometimes, it isn’t the sparkly new boxed curriculum that is the driver of change for our kids. Sometimes, it’s the little changes we tweak and make that totally move the progress needle for our students. I remember when I switched to a visual schedule for my kids who REALLY needed one. GAME CHANGER for them. Sessions were productive and even more FUN! So think about the small changes that serve you and your kids. Future you will thank present day you for these impactful actions.
