Learning the Letter A – Red Room 🍎✈️
Our Red Room children had fun recognizing the letter A and practicing its sound! They worked together to identify the letter, practiced making the “A” sound, and completed a colorful dot-marker activity with pictures that begin with A.
Through this hands-on activity, the children practiced letter recognition, phonics, listening skills, fine motor skills, and early literacy while learning through play. ❤️📚

🇲🇽 Mexican Independence Day – Blue Room 🇲🇽
Our Blue Room celebrated Mexican Independence Day with a fun and meaningful cultural activity! ❤️🤍💚 The children created beautiful Mexican flags using their handprints, explored the colors of Mexico, and enjoyed seeing traditional Mexican clothing.
This special activity encouraged creativity, sensory exploration, fine motor development, and cultural awareness while our little ones learned through play and art. 🎨👶🇲🇽

Our Blue Room little learners had so much fun celebrating Back to School! 🚌✏️🎒
The children explored colors and textures through painting and sensory art, using their little hands and brushes to create their own special masterpieces. 🎨🖐️ They also created adorable school buses, pencils, and colorful back-to-school artwork that we proudly displayed in our classroom.
These hands-on activities help our little ones develop fine motor skills, creativity, sensory exploration, hand-eye coordination, and color recognition while learning through play. 💙
We are so proud of our little artists and all the wonderful work they created! 🌟

August 17–28, 2026
Our Blue Room little learners had two wonderful weeks exploring The Very Hungry Caterpillar! 📚🐛💙
Throughout these weeks, the children brought the story to life through art, sensory play, movement, and hands-on learning. They painted and created their own caterpillars 🎨, crawled through colorful tunnels like little caterpillars, and enjoyed tasting a variety of fresh fruits, just like the hungry caterpillar in the story! 🍓🍌🍊🍈
These activities encouraged fine and gross motor development, sensory exploration, creativity, language, early literacy, and healthy eating habits.
We loved watching our little ones read, explore, create, move, and taste their way through the story! 🐛🍎🍓➡️🦋

Our little learners in the Blue Room had so much fun exploring whipped cream during a sensory activity! 👶✨ They touched, squished, spread, and explored its soft and fluffy texture with their hands.
Sensory play helps children develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, curiosity, and sensory awareness while giving them the freedom to explore through touch. 🖐️☁️

🥞🐝 Little Chefs in the Blue Room! 💙
Our Blue Room little learners had a delicious hands-on experience making pancakes! 🥞 They had the opportunity to help mix the ingredients, observe how the pancakes were prepared, and—of course—enjoy their tasty creation together.
Activities like this encourage fine motor development, independence, sensory exploration, following simple directions, and social interaction. The best part was seeing their excitement as they participated and enjoyed their pancakes! 💙🐝
Learning is always more fun when we can mix, explore, taste, and enjoy together! 🥞✨

🐻📚 Blue Room – Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? 🎨🐸
During the week of August 3–7, 2026, our Blue Room children explored the wonderful story Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? Through story time, the children were introduced to different animals, colors, sounds, and new vocabulary.
To extend their learning, the children participated in colorful art activities inspired by the animals in the book. Using paint and brushes, they explored colors and textures while developing their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, creativity, and sensory awareness. 🎨🖌️
Reading together also encouraged listening, language development, attention, and early literacy skills. We love turning story time into meaningful, hands-on learning experiences for our little learners!
