Throwback Thursday ✨

Spain, 1994. Just beginning to see how big the world really is—and how much life there is to live.

If you could sit down with your 20-year-old self… what would you say?

Would you tell her to slow down and cherish every moment?
To embrace every high and every low—even the questionable hair choices and those very high bangs? 😉

We spend so much time doubting where we are… but imagine what your younger self would see if she looked at you now.

Take a moment today. Reflect.
What advice would you give her?

You might just realize—you’re wiser than you think you are.

You can’t out-think something that’s emotional, legal, and life-altering—all at once.

Divorce has a way of pulling you into your head…
replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, trying to “figure it out” before you move.

But clarity doesn’t come from overthinking.
It comes from having the right support, perspective, and strategy.

If you’re feeling stuck in the loop—
there’s a way through it.

You don’t have to do this alone.

Monday reminder: the people you love deserve a spot on your calendar, too.

Date nights don’t have to be elaborate. Sometimes it’s a walk around the neighborhood, a stop into your new favorite local bookstore (shoutout to Book Loft), or a quick bite squeezed in before carpools.

It’s so easy to let the week fill up and put relationships on the back burner. But every time I make the time, I’m always so grateful I did.

Start your week by planning something small with someone who matters. It counts more than you think.

asks you to carry a lot—emotionally and mentally.
And while you can do it on your own, that doesn’t mean you should have to.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or just tired of holding it all together… you’re not alone.
There is support. There is clarity on the other side of this.

I’m glad you’re here.

I keep a book of inspirational quotes on my desk.
This was today’s:

“Know your own happiness.” ☀️

Simple… but not always easy.

What does that actually look like for you right now?
Is it doing something you love?
Finally honoring your boundaries?
Making the decision you’ve been putting off?

Happiness isn’t one-size-fits-all.
It’s personal. It’s evolving. And it requires honesty.

Take a few minutes today to sit with this.
Reflect. Journal. Be curious.

What does your happiness look like—today?

Proof that growth sometimes looks like… finally being DONE 😅🎉

I’ll be honest—my brand shoot today stretched me. Way outside my comfort zone. But walking away from it, I felt something even better than relief… I felt proud.

Because every time we do the thing we’ve been avoiding—the thing that feels awkward, uncomfortable, or “not us”—we expand. And on the other side of that stretch? That’s where the good stuff lives.

So if there’s something you’ve been putting off because it feels uncomfortable… this is your sign. Do it anyway.

You might just surprise yourself.

Stay tuned for the updated look!

Changed. Positively. 💛 -Jenny

Lights, camera… personal growth 📸✨

Spent the day doing a brand shoot and let me tell you—being a change coach is exhausting. The emotional work, the mindset shifts… and now apparently, modeling too? My fans are very demanding these days 😄

Huge thank you to Murphy Funkhouser of for the vision and direction, and to for his incredible photography. You both made this whole experience feel natural, fun, and (mostly) painless!

Grateful, tired, and "positively" done being in front of the camera 😄💛✨

This post inspired by my recent vacation where I finally had the space to slow down, reflect, and take it all in.

What I realized is this: every big change in my life started with one small step.

At the time, it didn’t always feel small. Sometimes it felt like a leap… like I was jumping into the unknown without a safety net. But looking back, it was just one decision, one action, one moment of courage that set everything else in motion.

We tend to wait for the “right time” or the perfect plan before we begin. But real change doesn’t usually start that way. It starts quietly. Imperfectly. One small step at a time.

So if something has been on your heart lately, consider this your reminder: you don’t have to leap. You just have to start.

This was taken last night when I asked the girls to grab a quick photo—and we completely lost it. Couldn’t stop laughing.

You know that kind of laugh? The kind that takes over your whole body… where your stomach hurts and you can’t catch your breath?

That’s a different kind of rest.

Vacation has a way of giving us the space to get back to that version of ourselves—the one that isn’t holding it all together, managing everything, or pushing through.

Just… being. And laughing.

When was the last time you really belly laughed?
And who or where brings that out in you?

That might be exactly where you need to go back to. 💛

Spring break bound! ☀️🏖️🌊

Vulnerability isn’t just something I coach… it’s something I'm living.

Hitting “post” can feel just as uncomfortable as making any big life change. There’s doubt. There’s exposure. There’s that voice in your head.

But here’s what I know—on the other side of that discomfort is growth.

As a coach for people navigating and major life transitions, I see it every day: the only way forward is through. Not around the fear. Not by waiting until you feel ready. But by stepping into it, one brave moment at a time.

This right here? This is one of those moments.

If you’re in a season of change, feeling stretched, unsure, or exposed… you’re not doing it wrong. You’re doing it exactly right.

Keep going. 💛

You don’t have to wait for everything to fall apart to choose something different.

Divorce isn’t always the result of a dramatic breaking point. Sometimes it’s a quiet knowing. A slow realization. A moment where you recognize that who you are today no longer fits the life you built yesterday.

And that’s not failure. That’s awareness.

You are allowed to choose change before the crisis.
You are allowed to choose yourself before things get unbearable.
You are allowed to create a new chapter simply because it’s time.

Change doesn’t always come crashing in.
Sometimes… it’s a brave, steady decision to begin again.
