The TAVR Heart Team is at a crossroad!

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has proposed a shift in a policy that could remove the mandatory dual-operator requirement for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR). If finalized, this change would allow for single-operator procedures, provided the Heart Team deems it appropriate. A final National Coverage Determination (NCD) decision is anticipated by September 13, 2026.

Join CTSNet on September 14, 2026, for an essential webinar featuring leading surgeons and cariologists. It will break down the CMS decision, analyze how it could reshape the future of TAVR, and discuss the critical importance of preserving the Heart Team model if the proposal is rejected.
