Did you know that ALL Gifted Hands International doulas graduate as Community Lactation Educators?

We believe supporting families means going beyond the birth experience. Our doulas are equipped with the knowledge and skills to walk alongside mothers and babies through one of the most important parts of the postpartum journey, infant feeding.

Through specialized training led by
Bianca Nash, our students learn the history of breastfeeding, the impact of culture and community, evidence-based lactation support, and how to provide compassionate care that honors each family’s unique experience.

Our doulas graduate prepared to:
• Educate families with confidence and understanding
• Support healthy breastfeeding relationships
• Recognize common challenges and provide informed guidance
• Advocate for families while knowing when additional lactation support is needed
