I am a Chicago based CACHE Certified & Advanced Newborn Care Specialist, ProDoula Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, and Pediatric Sleep Consultant. I provide continuous support to families during the first few months of life to establish healthy eating, safe sleep routines, and in all things newborn/baby care. I help families during the postpartum period by offering evidence-based informat

ion, education, and by being emotionally present and available. I have taken in-depth trainings and education specific to newborns, infants, and growing families in order to provide exceptional care. Current on the latest methods and tools to enable Families I work with to feel successful in their roles as new parent(s). I practice gentle, respectful, and responsive care. The soothing techniques I use are specifically designed for newborns and infants. My personal philosophy is to build confidence through knowledge, reducing fear and anxiety, and facilitating strength for birthing families. I am well known for my calm disposition, collaborative skills with families and related care providers, and ability to create plans to meet individualized child-parent goals. My professional goal is that the families I work with feel 100% confident in caring for their new baby. Newborn care and working with families is truly my passion!
