CONGRATULATIONS to our former alumni Jade Dashá Hardy & Samantha McGonigal-Brecht on their recent run of KATIE: THE STRONGEST OF THE STRONG with Lyric Opera of Chicago. This marks their debut at Lyric Opera and we couldn't be more proud!

Former DePaul Faculty Make Landmark Gift to DePaul’s School of Music Dr. Geoffrey A. Hirt and Mrs. Linda L. Hirt’s generosity supports orchestral and vocal training and professional opportunities for students

Recently, we were delighted to welcome Alan Darling from the Lyric Opera of Chicago for a masterclass with our voice students. Alan’s extensive knowledge of vocal repertoire and deep understanding of the voice provided invaluable insight that strengthened the musicianship of our students.

Congrats to Nikos on his most recent competition win!

Faculty members Scott Ramsay, Viktoria Vizin, Amanda Majeski, Chuck Chandler & Jeff Ray came together for a successful joint vocal area recital last month with faculty collaborators Nicholas Hutchinson, Jonathan Gmeinder, and staff pianist Leo Radosavljevic.

A wonderful night of vocal music was shared with a very enthusiastic audience.

HUGE congrats to our DePaul University School of Music students that took part in the Chicago Chapter NATS competition today!!! We had a bunch of winners at varying levels.

Sunday at 12pm will be the winners concert from the Classical division at St. Vincent DePaul Parish.
