Most of us are experts in our respective fields but who does an expert on yourself look like?

Experts have certain components that can be applied to yourself as well.

•Knowledge- Experts have immense knowledge and who knows you better than you? Have you ever been triggered mid-conversation and didn’t know why or where it came from? Because we are constantly evolving, this will require a lot of rediscovery and self- awareness.

•Achievement- most experts acquire a lot of accolades in their field. What would achievement look like for you? Operating at your highest self, having a strong sense of self, honoring your needs, cultivating your passion, staying grounded and present, proud of your actions.

•Experience- most experts have some years and years of experience. The good news is that NO ONE has more experience on you than you. You’ve spent decades with yourself and you know what is authentic and what is truly aligned with who you are.

Which component do you think you need more work on?

Instead of mentioning your roles, titles , and accolades when meeting someone ➡️ try substituting with these responses.

This is having someone learn you internally and authentically.

I’m Coach Tiffany and I’m a reinvention strategist. I help high-achieving women reinvent their identity beyond their roles without abandoning their authenticity.

My motto for every new season is Rediscover-Realign-Redesign. I’ve experienced personal transformation after living in an outdated identity numerous times.

I’ve reinvented myself over the course of my life using 4 pillars:

I created a strategy using these same 4 pillars called Radical Design to help other women drop the outdated identity and reinvent a version that is aligned and authentic to who they truly are.

Ladies it’s so important to build a strong sense of self-efficacy into your identity.

Self-efficacy reflects confidence in the ability to exert control over one’s own motivation, behavior, and social environment.

* Please note this is not to be confused with having a coach, a community (like-minded women) or a mentor to hold you accountable.

This is in reference to your coworkers, friends, homegirls, the man next door, etc.

In case you did catch wind of this exciting publication, I recently was published in the UK’s very own magazine “The Sun”. Part of the identity I’m curating for myself is to serve women globally. In addition to making an impact here➡️ I also want a presence outside of the U.S. so I jumped at the opportunity to work with this magazine.
