No one controls your professional fate! I wrote this blog about four years ago, but the message still rings true. You are ALWAYS in the driver's seat when it comes to your professional path.

I thought about this post after a conversation I had with a colleague yesterday--we all have so much knowledge that we can share, but oftentimes don't know where to start. If you've been interested in sharing some of your expertise, the Educator Advancement Association would love to hear from you. We are looking for Content Specialists who would be interested in writing a blog or sharing a video that can become part of our YouTube library.
