I realized my phone addiction was overwhelming my life. Waking up and scrolling was my default, but it drained my energy and focus. After a deep conversation with a mentor, I learned that unplugging was key to processing my grief and reclaiming my sanity.

I set boundaries by letting my spouse control my social media access. Now, I enjoy life without the constant urge to check my phone.

Slowing down has allowed me to reconnect with friends, dive into hobbies like puzzles and reading, and understand more about the effects of social media on our brains.
