Dear Shields Families,

We are excited to host our Shields Little Friends Festival on Thursday, May 22​nd, 2025, from 3:15 to 4:30 PM at Shields Elementary (4231 S Talman Avenue) — and we need your help to grow our school community!

This event is ​designed for new families to experience what makes Shields special. ​If you are a new family or know of anyone that is looking for a new school with children in Pre-K through 4th grade​, ​please invite them to attend this event. During this event, new families will have an opportunity to experience the following:

🎉Enjoy raffles, games, and prizes
🏫Take a school tour
👋Meet our wonderful staff
📚Learn about our academic programs
📝Enroll new students on the spot!

If you know a family who’s looking for a warm, welcoming school community, please invite them to ​complete this registration form! We’re actively enrolling new students, and this event is the perfect chance for them to see what Shields is all about.

Nos complace presentar nuestro Festival de Pequeños Amigos de Shields el jueves 22 de mayo de 2025, de ​3:15 a ​4:30​pm, en la Escuela Primaria Shields (4231 S Talman Avenue). ¡Necesitamos su ayuda para que nuestra comunidad escolar crezca!

Este evento está diseñado para que las familias nuevas experimenten lo que hace especial a Shields. Si son familias nuevas o conocen a alguien que busca una nueva escuela con niños de preescolar a 4.º grado, invítenlo a asistir.
