✨ Calling all young chefs! ✨

Treats & Eats is back! Our weekly after-school cooking class for kids who love to create (and taste-test) their way through the kitchen!

Every Wednesday from 4:30-6pm, kids will roll up their sleeves for a brand-new sweet or savory project. Along the way they’re measuring, mixing, reading recipes, and sneaking in a little math (fractions, we see you 👀) all while building confidence and having a blast with their fellow chefs.

And the best part? Every young chef takes home their creation to share (and show off) with the family.

Family Pizza Party + Homemade Dot Cakes! 🍕

We know you’ve been wanting to try the viral Dot Cake trend, this is your chance! 🍰✨ Kids will LOVE making them: they’re adorable, highly customizable, and feel really special.

Join us for a hands-on family cooking class where parents and kids team up to build homemade pizza from scratch (pick your own toppings!) and roasted veggies with Italian herbs — then design your very own Dot Cake in chocolate or vanilla.

📅 THIS SATURDAY, September 5TH
🕓 4:00pm – 6:00pm

We cook together for the first 90 minutes, then sit down as a community to enjoy the meal we made together. BYOB! 🍷

Fall Day Off Cooking Camps are here at Schoolhouse Portage Park!

Give your young chef a day packed with cooking, creativity, and new friends. Campers cook up a homemade lunch from scratch, learning real kitchen skills like measuring, chopping, and teamwork, then treat themselves to a homemade dessert in the afternoon. Add in creative time in our art and craft studio, and it's a day off school they won't stop talking about.

Our teen bakers are spending a full week mastering breads from around the world: bagels, challah, sourdough, milk bread, and baguettes. Campers will get hands-on with yeast, learn proper kneading and shaping techniques, and bake something new from scratch every day.
