All day from 9:30am until 7pm we spent in 𝑴𝒐𝒄𝒌 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒘 sessions listening to how our MRI delegates have turned their life hurdles into ways to improve their local communities. It feels absolutely fulfilling to help guide each girl, teen, and woman in their personal growth and development with an aim of using their newfound confidence & improved speaking skills to truly advocate for a cause dear to their heart.
I am proud of each delegate for choosing such a brave and courageous path in life. It is not easy to be vulnerable especially to the masses. To do so means sharing your personal story that sheds light on issues that are normally swept under the rug. Their courage is to be commended. We can choose the path of least resistance or we can leave a blazing mark on the world.
