Our goal is to see each woman achieve their personal and professional goals and discover healthy love. Our coach, Aleida, is knowledgeable, compassionate, and committed to helping women reach their full potential. My Love Life Rebranded TV Show and Podcast - This show is dedicated to helping women navigate the ups and downs of life after toxic relationships and discover healthy dating. Together with our host Aleida and special guest you'll gain practical tips and advice to help you build a healthy, happy love life. One thing I’ve realized about healing is that God is rarely healing “just one thing.”

Years ago, I thought my healing journey after divorce and narcissistic abuse was mainly about surviving that season.

But looking back now, I can see God was doing something much deeper.

He was rebuilding how I viewed myself.
How I received love.
How I handled fear.
How I showed up in relationships.
How I trusted Him.

What felt like one season of healing was actually the foundation for growth in areas I hadn’t even stepped into yet.

That’s why healing can feel layered.
Not because you’re going backwards…
but because God is committed to wholeness, not just symptom relief.

And honestly? Some of the things that once triggered me don’t even have the same hold anymore because healing did happen. Growth did happen. I did change.

Now I can recognize new layers without shame because I understand healing is a journey, not a straight line.

Ever felt like “being a good Christian woman” meant staying quiet about things that were destroying you?

That’s the Holy Hush.

It’s a pattern that uses your faith as a cage instead of a key. We were taught that silence is sacrifice, but God calls us to walk in the light.

I’ve learned to peel back the layers of spiritual bypassing and toxic dynamics. We’re moving from the pressure to perform “grace” to the power of walking in truth.

We’ve been told that to forgive is to forget and to stay silent is to be “godly.” But truth isn't something we should be afraid of: it’s the very thing that sets us free. Reclaiming your voice isn't about being loud; it's about being Aligned.

Your voice isn't a weapon; it's a tool for your healing. It’s time to break the spiritual cycle of silence and step into the purpose God actually has for you.

🎈✨Mission: Birthday Surprise. Accomplished! 🎉🚗

Alyssa is double digits now! 10 years old! So I had to rolled up to her school with balloons and treats to surprise her for her special day 🎈💜

I thought I was going into the classroom, but turns out I had to wait in the main office 😂 She walked in looking like she was in trouble but nope, just momma popping up to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🥳👑

This year, her birthday landed on her dad’s day (co-parenting things), so we’re keeping it simple today, but the big celebration loading this Saturday. 🥳💃🏾
