EVO is a 12-month healthy lifestyle and weight loss research study taking place in the Department of Preventive Medicine at Northwestern University. Researchers are looking to determine the best strategy for weight loss and healthy living. Participants enroll in the 12-month, remotely-delivered study and receive a free 6-month health program. The EVO Study is a part of the CATALYST Lab at Northwes

tern University. We're a research lab working on the forefront of health behavior research! We use Health Promotionists, wearable devices, and smartphone apps to promote weight loss and multiple healthy diet and physical activity changes. Our goal is to help our participants reduce their risk factors for chronic disease by optimizing innovative technology-supported interventions.
