The Doubt Bug

The Doubt Bug is a 750-word picture book that teaches children how to combat negative self-talk and There’s just one thing standing in their way: the Doubt Bug.

Best friends and aspiring artists Craig and Goji dream of changing the world, one drawing at a time. When this pesky little creature crawls into Craig’s ear, he finds himself unable to draw even a circle, paralyzed by fear. Only by reminding himself that he is good enough can he smash the Doubt Bug and create art that, while perhaps technically imperfect, is perfectly his own.

Words will never be able to describe how truly grateful I am. The level of joy it brings me to see people of all ages and walks of life enjoying . It’s been a tremendous blessing.

To go from an idea, and some storyboard sketches, to publishing and being able to say that not only did the book sell out, but it made it into four school libraries!! 🙏🏾❤️🙌🏾 (Bronzeville Classical, Palmer Elementary, Chicago west ridge, and Racine Collins Elementary)

I'm working on a 2nd edition of the book. We should be restocked and ready to ship early 2021. Until then, we'll be accepting pre-orders.

I just want to say thank you to everyone that's been there, wrote a review, shared a photo, gave words of support/encouragement, a follow, and or shared how much they enjoyed the book. It really means a lot, and I'm eternally grateful. Love you all ❤️ THANK YOU.
