Roundhill DRAM, Tema DISK and Tuttle HBMX are memory ETFs that give you pure play exposure to DRAM, NAND and HBM chip makers and the equipment that builds them 🧠

DRAM and DISK both center on Samsung, Micron and SK Hynix alongside Sandisk, Seagate, Western Digital and Kioxia as core holdings

HBMX takes a more concentrated approach with 26 names including Micron plus equipment and packaging leaders like Advantest, Onto, Penguin Solutions, ASML and Camtek

SOXX is the iShares Semiconductor ETF, holding 30 of the largest chip companies listed in the US 💻

The fund tracks the NYSE Semiconductor Index and splits across the full chain, with chip designers at 39.8%, integrated manufacturers and memory at 32.5%, equipment and materials at 20.9%, and foundry and packaging at 6.8%

NVDA leads at 8.9%, followed by MU at 8.6% and AMD at 8.3%, while ASML sits at 2.5% as the only company making the EUV machines that print the most advanced chips

VOO is Vanguard's S&P 500 ETF, tracking America's 500 largest companies in a single ticker 🇺🇸

With an ultra-low 0.03% expense ratio and close to 997 billion in assets, it has become the default core holding for a lot of long-term investors

NVIDIA leads at 7.6%, followed by Apple at 7.1% and Alphabet at 5.9%, while the remaining 62.1% is spread across the rest of the index

VanEck's SMH holds 26 of the largest semiconductor companies, with Nvidia alone taking up roughly 22% of the fund 💻

iShares SOXX tracks 31 chip stocks at 0.33%, the cheapest of the three, and spreads its weight more evenly across Nvidia, Micron, AMD and Broadcom

Roundhill's DRAM is the newcomer at $27.5B, holding memory makers like Samsung, SK hynix, Seagate and Kioxia
