This job is working for Wholesale Direct, Inc.

Trailer parts and vehicle lighting

Long standing trailer parts company is looking for a counter/parts person to help with sales on the phone and at the counter – trailer parts experience preferred

** Welcome walk-in customers and assist with appropriate product selection

** Pick products from the warehouse to fill walk-in customer orders and process order from entry to invoice

** Process payments for walk-in customers

** Answer incoming calls, as needed, dispatch calls appropriately or take customer orders

** Manage will call order process by picking and placing the orders in the designated will call area

** Maintain cleanliness and showroom area

** Complete all other assignments/projects as assigned by management in a timely manner

** Additional responsibilites, as needed

Requirements =

High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified

Excellent customer service skills

Display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction

Strong computer proficiency

Must be responsible and reliable; and must have the ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Work Location: One location
