As an Olympic gymnast, training was my full time job, but since the end of my athletic career I’ve struggled to find a manageable balance between work and fitness. Starting my personal training with Kevin was the best investment I’ve made in my mental and physical health. “Getting in shape” is no longer an item on the to-do list because all I have to do is show up at the gym.
No two workouts are ever the same with Kevin, which really differs from my prior gymnastics training. The variety keeps it fun and motivating. My favorite part of Kevin’s training is the focus on muscle recovery and stretching, which is usually left out in other workout programs. I also have to highlight how much more productive I feel since starting. It feels as if the days have more hours because I have this extra energy and can better focus during work. The workouts have really been game-changing. Thank you, Kevin!
