What an incredible turnout at Winter Welcome this past Tuesday! It was truly a delight to see everyone, braving the rain like true champions 💪☔️

We hope you learned more about different RSOs on campus while enjoying cupcakes and hot chocolates. And let’s not forget about the absolute highlight of the afternoon - that massive inflatable snowglobe ❄️🔮

As we're nearing the end of the Autumn Quarter, please see our building hours for the December Interim Hours (12/9-12/22). ALL Student Centers buildings will close from 12/23/23-1/1/24.

As noted, Bartlett Hall will open on 1/1/24 from 7AM-8:30PM with tap access for students until 1AM.

All buildings will operate on Winter Quarter Hours starting from 1/2/24.

Finals Week is here! While most of our shops will be closed, you can still get your caffeine fix at Ex Libris. They will be open with their regular hours until this Friday, 12/8, and will be on adjusted hours from 12/11 through 12/22. So, if you need a boost of energy, make sure to swing by the Regenstein Library.

Good luck to everyone on their finals!

Looking forward to the Thanksgiving Break! Please note that operating hours at the Student Centers buildings will be modified. If your RSO has a reservation next week, make sure to check your email! Our team has sent out messages notifying the primary contact of any affected reservations due to the modified hours.

It's almost Week 8, and you know what that means – the Room Lottery for Winter 2024 is here! 🏡❄️

The Room/Performance Lottery form will be available on our website at 9 AM CT on 11/13. Make sure to mark your calendars, because ALL forms must be submitted by 9 AM CT on 11/20. Late forms will be processed after the lottery, so don't miss out!

One important tip: If you're filling out the form, please ensure your handwriting is LEGIBLE! 📝
