من نحن؟

بدأت حكايتنا في Workforce development solution بصراع شخص وجد نفسه واقف على حافة اليأس بين مجموعة من طلبات العمل المرفوضة من سوق عمل يبدو أنه مصمم لإغلاق الأبواب بدلاً من فتحها … وتحول إلى صاحب مهمة تزويد أبناء الشرق الأوسط بالمهارات العملية التي يحتاجونها للانضمام إلى سوق العمل.

عملنا على التركيز على مشاكل تطوير القوى العاملة. كانت مبادرتنا الأولى وضع خريطة للخريجين الجدد، الذين يحاولون بشغف تأمين مكان لهم في مجالاتهم، مصممة لتعزيز الجسر بين التعليم الأكاديمي وساحة العمل.

منذ ذلك الحين، نمت WFD Solutions، وتطورت، ووسعت أفاقها. والآن تخدم العديد من الأفراد في مراحل مختلفة من حياتهم ومسارهم المهني.

Sarah, a 15 years old student has chosen the Literature path for the remaining of her high-school years without putting much thought into it. She graduates high-school with a GPA of 2.7 (70-72%) and chooses to peruse a Bachelor’s in Translation. After two years of graduation, after countless job applications and interviews, she finally lands a job. Few months in, she notices her excitement turned rather quickly into disappointment. She realizes, translation is not what she wants to do. Now, thinking of pursuing a degree in a different field.
At this point, She’s spent 6 years of her life chasing after the wrong career. Resulting in a lifelong delay. Delaying her entrance into the economy, into a family of her own and into retirement.
Little did she know, her decision at the age of 15 will effect her entire life.
For 15-21 years old students who don’t have access to career guidance and counseling. We are developing an online tool to help them explore their options in relation to their personalities and interests.

Over 600 million young people aged 15 to 24 are not in school, work, or training around the world, and 75 million young people are educated but unemployed. About one billion young people will enter the labor market over the next decade, with 90% of them in developed countries.

Simultaneously, half of all current work activities are already automated. New opportunities will arise in a variety of industries, economies, and geographical locations. Global economies must create employment five times faster than before, while still maintaining long-term viability and equitable distribution.

We assist communities in preparing for this transformation and unprecedented rate of change by introducing targeted interventions to stimulate innovation and drive job creation, growth, and resilience, boosting citizens’ economic and social well-being and providing opportunities for the next generation of job seekers.

Around the world, students have limited opportunities to explore their career options. They should have smarter tools to help them discover their career interests and navigate the world of work.

We are developing a web app called Career Studio to help students build self-knowledge and explore career options aligned with their interests. With 800 job profiles and 1200 college specializations, we help students make well-informed decisions about their future
