Don't let your kids' gear become a permanent fixture in the lost and found! 🎒🧢

Our fundraiser with Mabel’s Labels is still open, meaning you can stock up on durable, waterproof name labels for backpacks, lunchboxes, clothes, and more while directly supporting our cause.

Everything stays out of the lost-and-found bin and helps us reach our goals.

Fall festival season is right around the corner, and we are officially gearing up for our biggest community celebration yet!

We are transforming the school grounds into a cozy autumn wonderland, and we need your help to make it unforgettable. Mark your calendars, bring the whole family, and get ready for crisp air, sweet treats, and community fun.

🇺🇸 CCA FAMILIES — SCHOOL STARTS MONDAY! 🇺🇸

We know there is a lot of information coming your way, so here are the most important things to know as we begin the 2026–2027 school year! ❤️🤍💙

📅 IMPORTANT DATES
• Monday, August 24 — First Day of School
• Friday, September 4 — Half Day
• Monday, September 7 — No School • Labor Day

⏰ MONDAY MORNING
• Drop-off begins no earlier than 7:40 AM
• Classes begin at 8:00 AM
• Dismissal begins at 3:00 PM

🚗 CARLINE
Keep the carline cards you received at Open House in your vehicle for Monday afternoon pickup. If you still need yours, stop by the front desk Monday morning. Parents do not need an app. Mrs. Cates will send additional carline information this weekend.

If you need to come inside Monday morning for medications, paperwork, or other school business, please park along the street and walk up to the building. Please do not park in the carline.

🥪 LUNCH
Students need to bring a lunch from home. CCA does not serve lunch. Students will eat in their classrooms during the first week while the gym floor is completed. Contact your child’s teacher for specific lunch and snack times.

👕 UNIFORMS
Students should arrive in uniform Monday. There will be a grace period for polos that are still waiting to be embroidered.

❤️ AND REMEMBER…
The first few weeks are a learning period for everyone, especially as we settle into our new building! We will make adjustments as needed and keep families informed along the way.

Hello CCA Families,

I know that everything feels very overwhelming at the moment so we are making a post to just answer the flow of questions we are getting on repeat.

If you picked up your carline cards at open house keep them with you in your car! You will need them to pick your students up staring Monday afternoon. If you have not gotten your cards please come in on Monday morning and get them at the front desk. You do not need an app. The school utilizes an app to input the student numbers into the system that notifies the teachers to release students individually as you roll through carline. Your students will have help getting to the correct areas and lots of people to guide and support the learning process. Mrs. Cates will be sending out information this weekend so just keep and eye out.

IF you need to come into the school on Monday morning please park along the street and walk up to the building. We know that students will be bringing medications/need to pick things up and that is okay! Please don't park in carline!

Your student needs to bring a lunch. CCA does not serve lunch. Lunches will be in the rooms the first week until the gym floor is safe to walk on. The plan is to move them to lunch in the gym the second week of school. If you have specific questions about what time they have lunch or snack in class reach out to your teachers. They can get all of that information for you if they haven't already sent it out.

Students need to be in uniform on Monday. If for some reason your polos have not been embroidered the school does have a grace period to get it done but they need to have the correct uniform on to be in school.

If you have further questions or you want explanations that deal with class size, teachers, polices/procedures or why something is done the way it is please reach out to the school on Monday. Our headmaster has an open door policy and she will sit and speak with you if you call and set up a time to meet with her!

Remember that a learning period is normal and if we need to make changes as we see how things go the first few weeks you will get notifications of those changes.

We hope you all have a wonderful weekend and we will get to questions and messages as quickly as we can.

If you missed us in the Art Room; PAC, Sports, Cheer or, Library, CCAPTR and the uniform swap you can reach out to the Office with any questions regarding these groups.

Happy Nurses Day to our amazing Mrs. Dana!! Not only does she take such wonderful care of our students she has worked endlessly to form the health policies for our new school.
