If you are participating in the Run for #1 on Saturday and would like to pick up you runner packet early, we will have early packet pick-up at Storey Gym TODAY from 3:00-6:00 pm.

You can also pick up your packets on Saturday morning before the run begins.

If you would like to pick up your race packets early, you can pick them up this Friday evening from 4:00PM - 6:00PM at Foot of the Rockies. They are located at 1802 Dell Range Blvd. Space # 5!

We are just a few days away from our annual "Run for #1"! Join us THIS SATURDAY, September 14th! register now at: https://www.raceentry.com/.../cheyenne.../2024/register

This annual 5k run/walk supports teachers and students of Laramie County School District #1 and will occur on the morning of September 14th at Lions Park in Cheyenne!

Run details:
- September 14, 2024. Registration and packet pickup begin at 8:00AM.
- Race begins at 9:00AM
-Early packet pick-up can be done on the evening of September 13th at Foot of the Rockies.
- The race begins near the South Shelter at Lions Park (nearest to the Botanical Gardens)
- The course will go around the lake and around the Airport Golf Course (no street crossings)
- The event will be professionally timed by Big Horn Racing with the results posted to Race Entry.
- Crackers, water, and fresh fruit will be available at the finish line. Water will also be available along the route.
- A medical professional will be at the event in case of emergencies.
- Awards will be given to the top male and female in various age groups.
