Our small daycare is facing a tough challenge due to recent changes in the State of Wyoming's payment process. These delays have put us in a difficult position, and I’m reaching out for your support. We’ve been fortunate to have a landlord who understands the struggles of running a childcare center, but it’s not fair to her or to the families we serve that we’re falling behind. Runaway Juvenile

Cheyenne Police are requesting assistance locating 13-year-old, APAOLO GABRIEL RAMIREZ. He is 5’1”, approximately 130 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in the 1500 block of Adams Avenue at approximately 10pm on November 7th wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie, white Nike shoes, a black hat, and wearing a blue backpack with sharpie writing on it.
