I don't know why people get stuck in the mindset that there is only one way to implement MTSS. Implementation should be flexible based on the needs and the culture of the individual school system. At the end of the day we should see one or more of the four components in action at the school level.

Great resource... Mark has a lot of information on his website. It is worth a look. Both elementary and secondary MTSS information.
