This week, FCCLA members and advisor Mrs. Ratliff, spent spring break in Cheyenne at Little America for the 2023 State Convention!! We had so much fun competing and making new friends from around Wyoming!!
Congratulations to our members for their awesome work at state!

✨ Mason M. (12) competed in Culinary Arts and won 2nd place!! ⭐️
✨Paiton C. (9) & Aliyah D. (9) competed in Professional Presentation and won 1st place!! ⭐️
Way to represent CCHS!! We can’t wait for the FCCLA National Leadership Conference in July!!

It was a very productive last day of school for Camels FCCLA…. Our chapter and many volunteers have spent the day organizing clothing, delivering clothing to places in need, and inviting community members to come gather items for their families and friends! Thank you to everyone who took part in this awesome day!!! 😊

***CCHS FCCLA members will be handing out FREE clothing to Gillette community members in need TOMORROW - Wednesday, May 25th, 2022 from 1:30-3PM at the CCHS Guidance Office doors.
If you are in need of clothing, please fill out the form so we can have items ready for you to pick up. Anyone is welcome!
*This will be FIRST COME FIRST SERVE* We will put together whatever we can for you based on sizing and availability 🙂

2022 STATE FCCLA - a year to remember✨ It’s a great day to be a Camel! Congratulations to our Camels for your many wonderful accomplishments!!
⭐️2022 Chapter Officer Award for Community Service - students collected 5,275 pounds of clothing to donate🤩
⭐️1st place in Chapter Service Display (Lizzy, Kady & Kylee)
⭐️2nd place in Fashion Construction (Orrin - not pictured)

Do you have any unwanted clothing items taking up space in your closet, garage, or basement? 👗👔👖🧥👟 Consider donating them to CCHS FCCLA’s Clothing Drive! You can drop off all items in good condition between now and February 24 to any drop off location listed! Last week, our CCHS chapter competed at State FCCLA 2021! Our members did awesome and we are so proud! 🎉😊 In addition... Our very own freshman, Kady Jensen, was awarded 2ND PLACE in the Baking & Pastry event and has qualified for Nationals!!! 🏆 She competed against juniors and seniors from around the state and had 2 hours and 45 minutes to make all four recipes shown in the photo. It sure is a great day to be a Camel! 💜🐪 Congratulations to all who competed!!
