As summer is coming to an end and a new season begins, we want to share about our last adventure in our summer program. ☀️

Our beach camping trip was everything we could’ve hoped for — good vibes, late-night conversations, lots of laughter, and memories made under the stars. From waking up by the ocean to spending time together around the campfire, it was the perfect reminder of what makes our youth community so special. 🏕️✨

As one of our last official activities, this one feels extra special. We’re so grateful for every laugh, every adventure, every silly moment, and every memory we’ve made together along the way. 🥹💚

Here’s to the friendships, the growth, the adventures, and all the moments we’ll carry with us long after the tents come down. 🌅

Ahora que el verano llega a un fin y una nueva temporada empieza, queremos compartir una de las últimas aventuras de nuestro programa de verano. ☀️

Nuestro viaje de campamento en la playa fue todo lo que podíamos haber esperado! Buen ambiente, conversaciones hasta tarde horas de la noche, muchas risas y recuerdos bajo las estrellas. Desde despertarnos junto al mar hasta reunirnos alrededor de la fogata, fue el recordatorio perfecto de lo especial que es nuestra comunidad de jóvenes. 🏕️✨

Como una de nuestras últimas actividades oficiales, esta experiencia se siente aún más especial. Estamos muy agradecidos por cada risa, cada aventura, cada momento divertido y cada recuerdo que hemos creado juntos a lo largo del camino. 🥹💚

Por las amistades, el crecimiento, las aventuras y todos esos momentos que llevaremos con nosotros mucho después de que desmontemos las carpas. ⛺️🌅

We spent a day in DC filled with exploration, growth, and plenty of laughs! 🚇🎤

Our youth got to explore the city, learn how to navigate the Metro, build confidence and independence, and end the night with some unforgettable karaoke! 🎶🤩

We’re so proud of each and every one of them and all the ways they continue to grow, learn, and step outside their comfort zones. Most importantly… we had SO much fun! 🙌🏽

Estamos muy orgullosos de cada uno de ellos y de todas las maneras en que continúan creciendo, aprendiendo y saliendo de su zona de confort. Y lo más importante… nos divertimos MUCHO! 🙌🏽

Our participants spent Service Week giving back alongside three incredible organizations while building skills they can carry with them beyond the week.

🌱 Nema’s Garden — Participants got their hands dirty while learning about gardening, teamwork, responsibility, and caring for our environment.

☮️ Peace Camp — As camp counselors, they strengthened their leadership, communication, creativity, and mentoring skills while creating a fun and supportive space for younger campers.

🛋️ A Wider Circle — Participants helped organize furniture that will go to families and individuals in need, learning the importance of organization, collaboration, and serving our community with purpose.

A huge thank you to Nema’s Garden, Peace Camp, and A Wider Circle for welcoming our participants, sharing your knowledge, and giving them meaningful opportunities to learn through service. We’re so proud of the impact they made—and the skills they gained along the way! 💪🏽❤️



Durante nuestra Semana de Servicio, nuestros participantes tuvieron la oportunidad de retribuir a la comunidad junto a tres organizaciones increíbles, mientras desarrollaban habilidades que podrán llevar consigo mucho más allá de esta semana.

Meet Indigo! For many years, she has been a proud Vinecorps participant, growing alongside our organization from a young person with big dreams into a talented college student and aspiring artist. Throughout her journey with us, she hasn’t just grown—she’s given back. Through Vinecorps, she has contributed to her community, shown up for others, and continued to embody the creativity, compassion, determination, and leadership that make her so special.

Today, she is a Junior Theatre major at the University of Maryland–College Park, pursuing her passion for acting and storytelling. She has been accepted to study at Yonsei International Summer School in South Korea, an opportunity that will allow her to explore global performance, learn from another culture, and gain firsthand insight into Korea’s influential entertainment industry. 🇰🇷🎥

For a young artist who is curious, courageous, hardworking, and deeply passionate about her craft, this experience could be transformative. Unfortunately, financial challenges have made it difficult for her family to cover the full cost of this experience. ✈️🌏

🏕️🌲 This camping trip was about so much more than spending time outdoors—it was about growth, confidence, and discover what we’re capable of.

For many of our youth, this was their very first camping experience. From setting up camp and unplugging from daily routines to working together and embracing new challenges, every moment helped build resilience, independence, and lasting friendships. 💚

One of the highlights was white water rafting! 🌊🚣🏽 Some of our brave youth even took the leap by jumping from a small cliff into the water, showing that courage often starts with stepping outside your comfort zone. 💪🏽

We’re so proud of every young person who embraced the adventure, supported one another, and created memories that will last a lifetime. ✨



🏕️🌲 Este campamento fue mucho más que pasar tiempo al aire libre; fue una oportunidad para crecer, fortalecer la confianza y ver de lo que somos capaz.

Para muchos de nuestros jóvenes, esta fue su primera experiencia acampando. Desde armar el campamento y desconectarse de la rutina diaria hasta trabajar en equipo y enfrentar nuevos desafíos, cada momento ayudó a desarrollar resiliencia, independencia y amistades que perdurarán. 💚

Uno de los momentos más emocionantes fue hacer rafting en aguas rápidas! 🌊🚣🏽Algunos de nuestros valientes jóvenes incluso se animaron a saltar desde un pequeño acantilado al agua, demostrando que el valor muchas veces comienza al salir de nuestra zona de confort. 💪🏽

Nos sentimos muy orgullosos de cada joven que aceptó el reto, apoyó a los demás y creó recuerdos que durarán toda la vida. ✨

The mosque was so nice, we had to go twice! 🕌🤩

Recently, we had the opportunity to bring two groups of our participants to visit the Diyanet Center of America! During our visits, our youth gave back through community service by helping organize storage spaces and assisting with trash disposal. 🚮💪🏽

After serving, we were treated to a tour of the mosque. We explored the campus, enjoyed delicious food from the café 🧆, and asked lots of questions. We also got to learn more about the center’s history, culture, and we got to truly appreciate the beauty of the masjid. ✨☺️

We wrapped up the day by staying active at DCA’s sports center! Some participants went for a swim in the pool 🏊🏽‍♀️, while others hit the basketball court to shoot some hoops. ⛹🏽🏀

A huge thank you to Diyanet Center of America for welcoming us with such kindness and hospitality. We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve, learn, and build meaningful community connections. We look forward to visiting again! 🙏🏽



Recientemente, dos grupos de nuestros participantes visitaron el Diyanet Center of America, donde realizaron servicio comunitario organizando áreas de almacenamiento y ayudando con la recolección de basura. 🚮💪🏽

También disfrutamos de un recorrido por la mezquita 🕌, aprendimos sobre su historia y cultura, compartimos una deliciosa comida y terminamos el día con natación y un juego de basketball. 🧆🏊🏽‍♀️🏀

Every great adventure starts somewhere, and this week was all about laying the foundation. From orientation and team building to making a splash at the pool, our Summer Leadership Adventure Program is off to a strong start! ☀️💪🏽🏊🏽‍♀️

This summer, our youth will step outside their comfort zones, try new experiences, build leadership skills, make new friendships, and discover strengths they didn’t know they had. We’re excited to watch them learn, grow, and create memories that will last long after summer ends.

Toda gran aventura comienza en algún lugar, y esta semana se trató de construir una base sólida. Desde la orientación y las actividades de integración hasta un refrescante día en la piscina, nuestro Programa de Aventura y Liderazgo de Verano tuvo un excelente comienzo! ☀️💪🏽🏊🏽‍♀️

Our very first Parent Peace Retreat was a success! ✌🏽This day was created with one purpose: to give our parents the chance to slow down, breathe, connect, and pour back into themselves. 😌🤍 Through meaningful conversations, laughter, reflection, and shared experiences, we were reminded of the importance to step back and look for little moments of peace. ☮️

A huge THANK YOU to Little Friends For Peace for hosting us and creating such a welcoming space for our families. 🕊️We couldn’t have done it without you! 🥹

Nuestro primer Retiro de Paz para Padres fue todo un éxito! ✌🏽 Este día fue creado con un solo propósito: brindarles a nuestros padres la oportunidad de hacer una pausa, respirar, conectar y dedicarse un momento a sí mismos. 😌🤍 A través de conversaciones significativas, risas, momentos de reflexión y experiencias compartidas, recordamos la importancia de detenernos y encontrar pequeños momentos de paz. ☮️
