A new academic year and two alumni worth celebrating! 🎉

Last Thursday, the Washington College community came together for Fall Convocation to mark the beginning of another academic year and celebrate the accomplishments of our students, faculty, and alumni.

During the ceremony, Alumni Board Chair Kate Lowry ’05 presented the Alumni Horizon Ribbon Award to Phaedra Michelle Scott ’14 and Billie (Ricketts) Brice, Ed.D. ’13. The award honors alumni who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, service, or scholarship in their fields and communities.

Congratulations, Phaedra and Billie! We’re proud to celebrate all you’ve accomplished and the continued impact you’re making in your communities. ♥️
