Mr. Longacre had the honor of presenting the Westchester PTO scholarship to Lauren Kroft at Senior Awards Night on Monday evening. Lauren is an alumni of Westchester Intermediate School and plans to attend Clemson University to study animal and veterinary sciences. Congrats, Lauren!

There’s no place like our school during Teacher Appreciation Week! 💚🖤

Today’s lunch featured sandwiches from John's and sweet treats from Nothing Bundt Cakes. Staff also had the chance to pick a surprise from our Defying Gravity Prize Cart, stocked with donations from several generous local businesses, including Flat Rock Grill, Issa Vibe Café, Serenity Salon & Spa, The IN Coast, , and Albanese Confectionery. ✨

Thank you to everyone helping us spoil our teachers and staff this week. Your kindness and support mean so much!

Another day of wicked appreciation for our incredible staff! 💚🖤

Today’s lunch and treats were absolutely spellbinding! Staff enjoyed delicious pizza generously donated by Villa Nova - Chesterton along with beautiful (and seriously delicious!) chocolate candies from Decadent Dips and Other Treats. 🍕🍫

A huge thank you to these local businesses for making our staff feel so popular! We’re grateful for the community support as we continue celebrating the wonderful teachers and staff who help our students soar every day. ✨

Our staff felt the love with a little surprise delivery this week! 💚

On Monday, our principals and PTO President made the rounds and handed out gift bags to staff members. Each bag was packed with fun goodies to brighten their day, including sweet treats donated by American Licorice Company , a free car wash from Family Express, and coupons from Serenity Salon & Spa, Dairy Queen Indian boundary, Culver's, and Dog Days Ice Cream Parlor.

We hope these little surprises added a bright spot to their week. They have certainly earned it! ✨

Even on an eLearning day filled with meetings, our teachers deserved a little something sweet! 💚🍬

We set up a snack table stocked with treats (heavy on the candy!) to give staff a quick pick-me-up between sessions. Thanks to American Licorice Company for the generous donation!

We’re so grateful for the support that helps us celebrate our amazing teachers all week long! ✨
