If you’re a powerlifter, you already know how important it is to be able to recruit the right muscles when you’re under heavy load.

That’s where I like using Direct Current.

We can target specific muscles that aren’t contributing the way they should, get them firing, and then immediately take that into the movement.

So instead of just stimulating a muscle and calling it a day, we’re connecting it back to what you actually need to do — squat, bench, deadlift, whatever your sport demands.

The goal is simple:

Get more out of the muscles you already have.

Because when you’re moving heavy weight, every little bit of output matters.🫡🫡

Bench 188(88.5kg),

Can’t drive post op? That’s what house calls are for. No need to delay recovery.

Post-op recovery is about more than just rest—it’s about creating the right environment for healing.

Following a meniscus transplant and bone graft, this patient is dealing with significant swelling, pain, nerve impairment, and muscle inhibition. Because she is unable to bear weight for 6–8 weeks, traditional strengthening methods aren’t an option right now.

Using Direct Current therapy, we’re helping manage post-surgical swelling and discomfort while supporting the body’s healing process. At the same time, we’re activating key muscle groups without placing additional stress on the healing joint, helping maintain neuromuscular function and reducing the deconditioning that often occurs during extended periods of non-weight bearing.

The goal: protect the surgical repair, preserve muscle function, and help fast-track the rehabilitation process so she’s in the best possible position when it’s time to progress to weight-bearing activities.

Average athletes get average treatments. A hamstring injury for an ABOVE AVERAGE Lou Fusz MLS Next Homegrown winger 5 days before competing in the MLS Next Flex in Texas, warrants above average protocols.
How?
Direct Current Neuro Therapy works by finding and eliminating the neurological compensation pattern at the root of the injury — not masking symptoms, but resetting the electrical communication between your brain and the damaged tissue so that healing can happen from the inside out.

⚫️THE PROTOCOL
Why We Load Explosively During Treatment
This is where DCNT diverges entirely from conventional rehab. During active treatment with the RX100, we don’t ask you to rest — we ask you to move, and move hard.
Explosive lunges create the exact high-demand neuromuscular conditions that expose where your nervous system is compensating. The direct current simultaneously searches for and neutralizes the bioelectrical blockage while the movement forces your brain to re-recruit the inhibited motor units in real time. You’re not just exercising — you’re reprogramming.

⚫️RE-ESTABLISH MOTOR RECRUITMENT
Explosive lunges demand full posterior chain activation, forcing the nervous system to fire through previously blocked pathways under the current.

⚫️REPLICATE SPORT DEMANDS
Soccer is acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction. Lunges mirror these force vectors — treatment becomes sport-specific from day one.

⚫️REDUCE SCAR TISSUE COMPENSATION
Loading the tissue while current flows prevents the nervous system from routing around the injury site, minimizing long-term compensatory movement patterns.

⚫️ACCELERATE TISSUE REMODELING
Controlled eccentric stress through explosive lunges stimulates collagen alignment along lines of force — producing stronger, more resilient tissue architecture.
