Congratulations to 5th grade student, Laci Fleming, for being named the EES Student of the Month for October!
The EES & CCSD Character Trait for October is RESPONSIBILITY! Laci's teacher, Mrs. Lee, says, "Laci is a new student at Edwards, but you would never know it by the way she remembers procedures and follows classroom rules. She is responsible, dependable, and hardworking. She never misses homework, completes all of her work, and consistently follows classroom expectations. Laci has adjusted so well to her new school, and we are so happy to have her in our classroom!" Congratulations, Laci, for being chosen Edwards Elementary's Student of the Month! The EES Student of the Month is sponsored by the Chesterfield High School Alumni Association. Laci has been provided a sign to display proudly in her yard during the month of October!
EES is also proud of all the classroom nominations. These students were presented with a Student of the Month button, a token to the EES Book Vending Machine, and a certificate provided by Shiloh to Go for a free kid's meal or ice cream!
