This program creates an environment to practice management of the mind, body and core. While working on the physical core, you improve the internal core - your authentic self - that enables you to balance work-life, responsibilities, goals and dreams, thoughts, feelings, and actions. It integrates the ancient techniques of yoga, meditation and breathing with current self-improvement tools, to effectively manage our challenges.
