So proud of my SPARTANS and all they are accomplishing in CROSS Country. Jackson, Pete, and Nate all placed. Abby ran a great race and showed a ton of grit, and as soon as he heals Bentley will be crushing it again. They have all worked so hard both with us and on their own over the years its great to see it pay off.

SPARTANS showed up to help Bordentown FC Soccer with their opening day. We ran the bounce houses so the kids could have a good time in between games. Ty to Omar, Jayme, taryn Luke, Stellan, Carter, Liam, Alexa, and Amelia for volunteering today.

Yesterday we worked upper body that included a sut up elimination competition. It ultimately came down to Evelyn and Omar in a tough 3 min battle. All the kids worked really hard.
